What the Paraquat lawsuits claim
Farmers, farm workers, licensed applicators and people living near sprayed fields have sued over Paraquat, a strong herbicide restricted to licensed users. The lawsuits say long-term exposure is linked to Parkinson''s disease and that users were not warned about that risk.
