What we collect
If you ask for a free case review, we collect the name, contact details and short description you give us. We also collect basic usage information such as pages viewed and the source of your visit.
We also receive case-review requests through Facebook and Instagram lead forms. These include your name, phone number, email address, state and the answers you gave. We use them the same way we use requests made on this website.
How we use it
We use your request to connect you with a participating law firm, and usage information to improve the site and measure our advertising. We do not sell your case details.
Who we share it with
A participating law firm receives your case-review request. Service providers who host the site and send our email handle data on our behalf. We do not share form contents with advertising platforms.
Tracking tools we use
When they are switched on, this site uses these measurement and advertising tools:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
- Google tag for Google Analytics 4 (site analytics)
- Google tag for Google Ads (advertising measurement)
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok advertising)
- Whop Pixel (Whop Ads measurement)
- ActiveProspect TrustedForm, which records your activity on the case-review form to document your consent. Everything except your name, phone number and email is masked.
- Lovable visitor analytics (page views on this site)
- Our own site measurement, which stores a random id in your browser to count unique visitors, the pages viewed, the site you arrived from and your country and state. It does not record your IP address, your name or anything you type.
We never send these tools anything you type into a form, any screening answers, or anything describing what happened to you.
Your choices
You can turn advertising pixels off on your privacy choices and ask us to delete your information on delete my information.
